Last 10 Shouts:
Yeah - there were four hockey games on. Obviously, you missed them.
Hey, isn't there some kind of game on TV today?
The Cabela's suit was filed back in Dec. the others in the last couple of weeks. My guess is that they're suing Cabela's for business practices, not patent infringement.
They're suing Cabelas??
I don't like that...I am a big Cabelas fan....
Best guess would be over the tactical tail switch...SF does have a patent there.
Just found the others, all for patent infringement...with the exception of the Cabelas suit. Looks like that one is non-patent related.
OK...found the JETBeam and 4Sevens/Olight docket listings. Suing both for patent infringement, it looks like. Not sure at this point what the allegations are.
Ecolang - Where did you get your info? Cabela's is a licensed distributor, I think...the others are competitors.
They're after 4Sevens, Eagletac, JeetbeamUSA, Powertac, Cabela's, & Casual Home worldwide (whoever they are). Look like they are just going after US distributors.
Profits must be down; time to attack everyone in sight and hope for a windfall. I remain unimpressed with Surefire.
